Hi, I’m Nel

I have more than 15 years of experience in Pilates, motivated by my personal journey overcoming lower back pain.

With a background as a swimming instructor, I pursued certification in Pilates instruction to assist others in enhancing flexibility and alleviating back and neck issues.

I currently offer both group and individual Pilates and Reformer Tower classes.

Move Better & Feel Better

Pilates is a low intensity muscle strengthening workout. Focusing on building strong core muscles, improving flexibility and posture.

Core muscles act as a central link between the upper and lower body. When we move, either lifting, twisting or bending, the core muscles engage to stabilize the body and coordinate us.

Group Classes

Group Pilates classes offer an inclusive and supportive environment appropriate for individuals of all ages and fitness levels. Sessions utilise a range of equipment, such as resistance bands, balls, and small weights, to support progressive development and enable participants to advance at their own pace without judgment.

Each week introduces new elements, ensuring variety in every session. Classes encourage community engagement while promoting flexibility and overall well-being for both mind and body. Participants will experience a welcoming fun atmosphere and can expect to leave feeling refreshed and revitalised.
